Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp messaging, and email campaigns targeting potential clients.
- Conduct deep research to identify potential clients across categories: brands, agencies, startups, OTT platforms, entertainment, and more.
- Use advanced tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, and Clearbit to extract verified data.
- Run intelligent outreach via LinkedIn, cold emails, DMs, WhatsApp, and calls to spark interest and start conversations.
- Analyze brand campaigns, ads, and marketing trends to find relevant outreach angles.
- Maintain and update CRM platforms like Zoho for accurate tracking, reporting, and lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with the business development team to qualify and hand over high-intent leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Track progress, maintain databases, and follow up systematically to improve conversion rates.
- Strong research-driven approach with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with outreach platforms, CRMs, and lead-generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Clearbit, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cold outreach and client conversations.
- Ability to identify and qualify high-intent leads across diverse categories (brands, agencies, startups, OTT, entertainment).
- Working understanding of the digital marketing and media buying world is a bonus.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach copy, personalize messaging at scale, and accelerate list-building and data enrichment.
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts to get high-quality output from AI tools.
- Full ownership of the quality, accuracy, and tone of AI-generated output, reviewing and fact-checking before anything goes to a prospect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and take live new product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa and all its sub-marketplaces, Myntra, Meesho, FirstCry, PharmEasy, Tata 1mg, and other applicable platforms.
- Manage the full catalog creation and catalog updation lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all live listings.
- Own all listing components that come together to build a high-quality product page, including images, videos, A+ content templates, Brand Stories, Rich Media Content, and complete product attribute sets.
- Craft and refine all textual listing content, including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, so that each listing is search-optimised, persuasive, and conversion-focused.
- Ensure every listing is fully compliant with the individual policies, templates, and content guidelines of each marketplace, and resolve compliance flags or listing errors promptly.
- Coordinate with design, content, and category teams to source assets and information needed to complete listings on time.
- Audit existing catalogs regularly to identify gaps, errors, and optimisation opportunities, and execute corrections at scale.
- Use AI tools across the cataloging workflow to draft content, generate and refine assets, and accelerate repetitive tasks, while taking complete ownership of the accuracy, quality, and compliance of every AI-assisted output.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience creating and going live with brand listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, FirstCry, PharmEasy, Tata 1mg, and similar platforms.
- Thorough working knowledge of the complete catalog creation and updation process, including images, videos, A+ templates, Brand Stories, Rich Media Content, product attributes, and all textual content.
- Strong understanding of marketplace-specific listing policies and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with AI tools, including writing effective prompts to complete cataloging and content tasks, hands-on experience using AI tools in a production workflow, and full ownership of the quality and accuracy of the output those tools generate.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of listings across multiple marketplaces without dropping quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and marketplace trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on advertising performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and seasonal strategies to drive sales growth.
- Perform ongoing product research and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, supply chain, and product development for strategic planning and campaign alignment.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices across all campaigns and listings.
- Stay up to date with Amazon platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging marketplace trends.
- Proven proficiency in Amazon Ads campaign management, optimization strategies, and bid management techniques.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and interpreting marketplace trends.
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to interpret advertising performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce strategy, Amazon marketplace management, and techniques for boosting product visibility online.
- Proficiency with Amazon platform tools, Seller Central / Vendor Central, and advertising formats (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Hands-on experience with third-party Amazon analytics and automation tools (e.g., Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Pi).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client/stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently, take a data-driven approach, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or digital marketing are a strong advantage.

- Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas are non-negotiable.
- Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail — able to catch errors others miss and fix them before they cause downstream problems.
